The Carpal Tunnel Is Elongated

 The carpal tunnel is elongated

There is an actual tunnel that goes through the wrist. This is the pathway that allows nerves and tendons to pass through the wrist. There are eight carpal bones (wrist bones) which are denoted by "C" or horse name. It forms three of the four sides of the carpal tunnel. The fourth side consists of a wide and thick link that forms the roof of the tunnel at each end of the horse. The width of the tunnel is about the size of an index finger. The contents of the tunnel include the median nerve along with nine veins.

What is causing my symptoms? All eight carpal bones can lose their healthy alignment due to stress, including repetitive movements. When this happens, it causes pressure or compression of the median nerve, which lies between the bone and the thick ligaments that form the roof. This will cause symptoms such as pain, numbness, tingling, and burning of the fingers. It can also cause decreased hand strength and loss of grip strength. Performing this Carpal Tunnel Stretch will help with these symptoms.

How can I get help? This carpal tunnel extension (fist extension) is a great procedure to relieve the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome. The wrist should be kept in a neutral and relaxed position. Stay straight, close your hands into a full fist, bend all the knots, and relax them. You don't clench your fist to hold Superman.

You open and close your hands. Now, the most important part is that when you open your fist, you extend your fingers as far as possible. Imagine your finger is a cable stretched as far as possible.  You should feel this stretch. This exercise will improve circulation and improve flexibility, which relieves the muscles in your back.
